Design and Construction Process
- Initial meeting with Designer followed by Site inspection, Preparation of Design Brief.
- Acceptance of Conditions
(Preparation of Plans Agreement signed, Deposit paid) - Preliminary Design Sketches.
- Final Estimating Sketches.
- Building Estimate.
- Approval to commence Working Drawings. (Deposit paid)
- Addenda Selections Finalised.
- Contract Documentation.
- Contract Documents signed.
- Finance Approval (if required).
- Deposit to Builder paid 6.5% Of Contract Sum.
- Statutory Authority Applications.
- Commence Construction.
